Astrologically, the time around our 50th year is particularly potent, and this is because of an asteroid called Chiron. Chiron is the “wounded healer” and describes the quality of our childhood traumas, and also shows us the unique medicine we need to heal them.
In our 50th year, we have an opportunity to create a bridge between our past and our future, by healing our Chiron wounds. As we do this, we unlock essential things within ourselves, and ultimately, we use what we learn to teach others how to heal themselves. This is called the Chiron Return.
